Lovely room - large and attractively decorated. Really comfortable and friendly and helpful staff.

Narrow streets and tricky one-way system to get there. Orange is well worth it, though.

Wonderful, helpful proprietors who went out of their way to make us welcome. Good location close to the center of Orange, a block or two from restaurants. Comfortable lounge and a pretty courtyard patio area. Rooms simple but comfortable, freshly renovated since new owners took over in January 2011.

It wasn't a problem because the hotel clientele were very quiet, but the walls were thin enough that we did hear snoring from the next room.

No lift, so difficult if you are on the second floor with a lot of luggage.

An absolute gem on a quiet street in the middle of Orange - the new owners have completely refurbished this old hotel and after two nights in a four star palace in Paris this was infinitely more comfortable, friendly and great value for money.

They have a wonderful little garden area with chairs. One evening we brought a bottle of wine back and the woman at the desk kindly gave us glasses and an opener. Nice place to relax!

The beds were the hardest I have ever laid on!!

The owners of the Hotel are extremely helpful. They also recommended fab restaurants to go to, where we had one of the best meals we have had in France (been 5 times to France). Very friendly people. The room was lovely, very nicely appointed with good bathroom. No lift, but not really an issue. Location is excellent, right in the eart of Orange, you can walk everywhere. Parking very good.Would highly recommend this Hotel.

Stefan and his partner were SO friendly and nothing was a trouble. They kept our wine chilled to drink in the delightful courtyard at the end of the day. They made phone calls for us, gave us recommendations for restaurants, greeted when we arrived each day and farewelled us each morning. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and free WIFi was available. Breakfast was served in a beautiful small courtyard with delicious choices. We would recommend this friendly hotel to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
